At the end of 2020, Fan Guangxing, the deputy general manager of Sinomeasure, received a “gift” that was “late” for half a year, a master’s degree certificate from Zhejiang University of Science and Technology. As early as May 2020, Fan Guangxing obtained the qualification of instructor for postgraduate instructors with a master’s degree in “Mechanics” from Zhejiang University of Science and Technology.
“I have been away from my alma mater for 15 years, and now I go back. I always feel that the burden on my shoulders is heavier.” Speaking of becoming a master supervisor, Fan Guangxing felt that he had a long way to go in the future. At the beginning of 2020, Dean Hou of the School of Electrical Engineering of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology contacted Sinomeasure, hoping to find an off-campus instructor for postgraduate students in Sinomeasure, which is the school’s “practice base” for college students.
“It is precisely because of my passion for this career and also hope that my professional skills will help more students, that I actively strive for this precious opportunity. Of course, I also want to thank the company for its trust and years of training. “Fan Guangxing said. Since joining the company in 2006, Fan Guangxing and Sinomeasure have gone through 15 years of “ups and downs”. From the earliest Rendezvous Building to the current Singapore Science and Technology Park, from a rookie in the workplace, it slowly grows to the head of the company; Sinomeasure has also grown from 4 people to 280 people, and its performance will exceed 300 million in 2020.
”Of course, I am particularly grateful for the trust of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology to become a master supervisor this time. I also hope that I can pass on the spirit and values ??of Sinomeasure to more students who will join the industry in the future.” Fan Guangxing said.
The cooperation between Sinomeasure and Zhejiang University of Science and Technology began in 2006 when the company was founded. In 2015, Sinomeasure became an off-campus practice base for Zhejiang University of Science and Technology; in 2018, Meiyi donated a total of 400,000 yuan in education funds to the Academy of Sciences. Today, more than 40 graduates of the Academy of Sciences are active in various professional positions in Sinomeasure.
